Brokerage is a big part of our resume but we do not provide broker transaction services.
First, our fees are not based on your real estate decisions so we are not incentivized to guide you towards one decision vs another. Second, we take the time to meet with the leadership teams and define the company's real estate needs. We compile real-time data including growth plans, financial goals, cultural concerns, and schedule implications such as lease dates or projected construction schedules.
Workplace refers to the internal team that is responsible for office and facilities management. We provide a range of expert consulting from creating best practices and procedures to designing a lean team to support multiple locations.
The average project manager’s background is rooted in construction and their value is primarily managing the GC’s week-to-week process. At Disrupt, our project management begins much earlier in the real estate life cycle.
